You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There must be no stains, rips, or any other signs of wear. All tags that were originally on the clothing must be in-tact.
Your item must be in the original packaging and proof of purchase must be presented (i.e. the returned item’s invoice).
Sale and clearance items are final sale.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Once your return has been processed, credit will be applied within 3-7 business days (this is dependent upon the card company's processing time).
The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs [and fees] associated with returning an item. All shipping costs [including the original purchase shipping costs] are nonrefundable.
